Terms of Service

1. The service

tevo.bot lets you configure a personal AI assistant and connect it to a Telegram bot that you create and own. You are responsible for the bot, its name and how it is used.

2. Accounts

You need an accurate email address and you must keep your login secure. You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Subscriptions and credits

Plans are billed weekly, monthly or yearly and renew automatically until you cancel. Each plan includes a credit allowance. Simple messages cost 1 credit and heavier tasks such as research or long summaries cost more. Extra credits can be purchased at any time.

Plan credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Purchased top up credits stay in your balance while your subscription is active.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel from the dashboard at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Payments are non refundable except where the law requires otherwise, or when a technical fault on our side prevented you from using the service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use tevo.bot to:

• break the law or Telegram's own terms;
• send spam, scams or unsolicited bulk messages;
• generate harassment, hateful content, or sexual content involving minors;
• attempt to extract credentials, overload the service, or resell raw model access.

Accounts that break these rules can be suspended without a refund.

6. AI output

Answers are generated by AI models and can be wrong or outdated. Check anything important before acting on it. tevo.bot is not a substitute for legal, medical or financial advice.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages or Telegram changes may cause downtime.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you send and of the replies you receive. You grant us permission to process that content only to operate the service for you.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.
