Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We keep the data needed to run your assistant, nothing more:

• Account data: your email address and sign in method.
• Assistant settings: name, avatar, tone, language, skills and any custom instructions you write.
• Telegram connection: your bot token, bot username and the Telegram account ID that is paired with it.
• Messages: the conversations between you and your assistant, so you can read history in the dashboard and so the assistant keeps context.
• Billing data: plan, credit balance and transaction records.

2. How we use it

Your data is used to generate replies, deliver them to Telegram, show your history, meter credits and handle billing. We do not sell your data and we do not use your private conversations for advertising.

3. Model providers

Message content is sent to AI model providers to produce a reply. Providers process the request to return an answer and are not permitted to use it to train models on your behalf.

4. Your bot token

The token you create in BotFather is stored so we can receive and answer Telegram messages for you. It is never exposed to the browser and never shown again after you save it. You can revoke it in BotFather at any moment, which immediately stops all access.

5. Retention and deletion

Chat history stays until you delete it or delete your account. Deleting your account removes your profile, assistant, stored bot token and conversations. Billing records may be kept where the law requires it.

6. Security

Data is stored in a managed database with row level access rules so one account cannot read another account's data. Traffic is encrypted in transit. No system is perfect, so please avoid sending passwords, card numbers or ID documents to your assistant.

7. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask for full deletion by emailing privacy@tevo.bot. We answer within 30 days.

8. Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will notify you by email or inside the dashboard before it takes effect.
